NFT News: MoonPay has launched its marketplace in collaboration with Universal, Fox, and Death Row Records.
The new NFT marketplace from MoonPay, established in collaboration with Universal Pictures, Fox Corporation, and Snoop Dogg’s Death Row Records, will be named HyperMint.
According to sources, the new platform enables major brands, agencies, and enterprises to mint hundreds of millions of NFTs every day, allowing them to scale a process that previously took months utilizing blockchain technology.
In this regard, MoonPay CEO Ivan Soto-Wright said:
“The potential of NFTs goes beyond collecting; it’s the utility. You can essentially program anything into these NFTs over time, which is why we decided to focus on this new product offering. That’s really making this shift possible; to go beyond collectability and program utility into these NFTs and there needs to be enterprise-grade tooling”.
